Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched from our own facility in Machhiwara, Punjab.
- Up to 5,000 units of each product on your order: dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment.
- 5,001 to 25,000 units of any product: dispatched within 7 days of cleared payment.
- Above 25,000 units of any product: your contract or accepted quotation sets the date.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday. A clock that ends on a Sunday, a public holiday or a declared closure ends at the close of the next working day. Dispatch is not delivery: transit time depends on the destination, and tracking is shared once the parcel leaves.
